Orders are processed in 1-2 business days and take about 5-7 business days to be delivered.

Oriza does not offer returns. If you received a damaged product, we are happy to exchange it as long as it is unopened and declared within 14 days of purchase. Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
